This application form is for all students, of any nationality, wishing to attend the Kingston University Summer School. Please note all applicants must be aged 18 or over on 1 June 2012.

Your online form must be submitted by 30th April 2012.  You also need to mail in the Summer School Application Checklist with supporting documents – these need to reach us within four days of the deadline (4 May 2012).

If you are applying for a Summer School Scholarship your application must be submitted by 30th March 2012 and your supporting documents must be received by 6th April 2012.  Applications received after this date will not be considered for the scholarship.

You will need to attach a copy of the biographical details page of your passport to the Summer School Application Checklist. Your passport should be valid for at least 6 months beyond the start date of the programme on 27th June 2012, otherwise you should complete section 6a and apply for a new passport.

Section 7: Classes selection

Please note that if you are applying for a scholarship you must select two classes.

If you are only taking one class then you can select any one class from either Group A or Group B. You should select one alternative class in case your first choice is full or not running.

If you are applying for two classes then you must select one from Group A, and one from Group B   You should select one alternative class in each group in case your first choice is full or does not run.

Section 9: Lifestyle preference

The summer school package includes individual dorm room accommodation in flats of four where you will share a kitchen.
In order for us to allocate you to a flat with like-minded people please select from one of the four options below. We will then try to house you with people who have placed themselves at the same or a similar point on the scale.

1 = I prefer to live in quiet accommodation and tend to go to bed early
2 = I like to socialise, but generally prefer peace and quiet
3 = I like to socialise and I don’t mind living with others who socialise late
4 = I party all the time

 



Section 10: Submission

Applications will only be processed when you have submitted both the online form AND we have received your Application Checklist with a complete set of supporting documents.  Incomplete documents will mean that your application is invalid and will not be processed.
